Good service, a little expensive but I guess I have to say a bobcat is worth every penny!

My fiance and his father both work here and my step dad just turned in an application here. I was here once to say hi to my fiance's dad on my way to therapy and was even able to get help finding my way to my therapy appointment as it was my first time driving there. Everyone was nice to me even though they didn't know who I was at first and they where even nicer when they knew who I was. It's a great place to work and everyone is nice and funny. Definitely hope to get to work here someday.

Everyone is very polite and helpful. We used them for rentals when needed, as well as service, and parts for our current machine. We just upgrade to a S570; Tod and everyone made the process as easy and quick as possible. I would recommend them to anyone.

I get better customer service over the phone in Fort Wayne than I can get from my local dealer in Lenoir, NC. Ill shop here and pay shipping anytime for this type of service. Keith went above and beyond to get a set of side lights shipped to me. After my dealer told me they couldnt find them, they didnt exist! Kinda wish yall would open a forth store right here in Boone.

When we go out Jeeping, we never leave home without our Yeti cups and coolers! Hot stays hot, cold stays cold. At the end of the play day, whatever we dont eat goes back in the fridge. Nothing is soggy or room temp. We are so glad we picked up our cooler and ice packs the first time we went to Bobcat. THANKS!

We have used them for years for service, rentals and parts. But finally upgraded from our 1985 743 to a S570. Cant thank them enough for helping us out. Process was quick and easy. They even let us take the machine before all the paperwork was done so that we could use it on a job. Thanks to Buddy Tod and everyone at this location, keep up the great work.
